Dan takes pride in developing meaningful, long-lasting relationships with his clients and truly understanding their businesses. With a background in advising both public and private companies, he brings a depth of experience and strategic insight to every engagement. After earning his law degree from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, Dan gained valuable experience advising executives in the natural resources sector and articling at the Ontario Securities Commission.

Dan is particularly skilled in navigating complex legal and business challenges, providing tailored solutions that help clients achieve their goals. His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory.

Outside of his professional life, Dan is passionate about staying active and spending time with his family. He enjoys F45 training, outdoor adventures with his wife and their three young boys, and is an active member of his local Jewish community. Dan is also a strong advocate for health and wellness, following an animal-based diet that fuels his busy lifestyle.
