Saima joined the Firm through the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, following her graduation from Western Law. She was called to the Bar in 2023 and has since been driven to providing clients and the team with practical and insightful legal support.

Saima is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and supporting businesses on a broad range of matters, including governance, compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Her versatility and commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs allow her to provide tailored, impactful solutions.

Before embarking on her legal journey, Saima earned her Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University, a foundation that has honed her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills – tools that she leverages in her practice every day.
