Walter has extensive experience working with iconic dual-listed public companies, as well as growth-phase small to mid-sized private enterprises, handling a wide range of transformative corporate and commercial matters involving transactions, governance, and operations.

Prior to joining the Firm, Walter spent approximately five years in private practice and nearly 20 years working exclusively in-house.

In addition to his law and undergraduate degrees, Walter holds an MBA.
