Walter’s work with iconic dual listed public companies, as well as growth phase small to mid-sized private enterprises, has provided him with extensive experience dealing with a wide array of transformative corporate / commercial matters in transactions, governance and operations. 

Before joining the firm, Walter practiced for approximately 5 years in private practice, and nearly 20 years exclusively in-house.  

In addition to his undergraduate and law degrees, Walter has an M.B.A.
